Welcome to The Founder’s Huddle®. By using this website or subscribing to any of our memberships or products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The Founder’s Huddle® provides brand strategy tools, coaching content, prompts, templates, and other educational materials through a monthly membership model. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Membership Access

By purchasing a membership, you gain access to exclusive tools, templates, prompts, and trainings.
Access is limited to the individual subscriber and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

You agree not to misuse or replicate any materials without written permission.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew monthly or annually, as selected, until canceled.

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe or another third-party processor.

  • You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

  • We do not offer refunds on past billing cycles once access has been delivered.

4. Use of Content

All materials, including downloads, videos, templates, and prompts, are the intellectual property of The Founder’s Huddle® and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed outside of your own business without explicit written consent.

5. Community Guidelines

If you’re part of our Huddle App and Circle community or any other group associated with The Founder’s Huddle®:

  • Be respectful and constructive.

  • No spam, solicitation, or inappropriate content.

  • We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

6. No Guarantees

While our tools are designed to help you grow your brand, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Your success depends on your implementation, consistency, and many external factors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms or misused the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Founder’s Huddle® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our content, products, or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site and membership, you accept the most recent version posted.
