I’m not an influencer. I’m a strategist with over two decades of experience, built on a foundation of grit, growth, and getting things done for real businesses.
I’m Theresa Goodwin, founder of The Founder’s Huddle and Boldthink.
I was raised in a town where small businesses ran everything.
From deli counters and hardware stores to family-run hotels, I grew up surrounded by entreprenuers who built their livelihoods from the ground up. I saw what it meant to take ownership, take risks, and take pride in work that mattered.
That experience shaped how I see business and how I show up in my work.
And that early grit is still with me.
I started my first “business” at six, making friendship bracelets in my grandma’s basement and selling them at garage sales and in front of her house. There were lemonade stands, too, of course. But even back then, I was hooked on the challenge of turning ideas into income.
For over 20 years, I’ve led brand strategy for companies across various industries and stages of growth. I’ve helped businesses scale from $20M to $80M+, guided post-acquisition brand overhauls, and aligned executive teams around messaging and marketing that drives results.
I’ve lived through every shift in marketing—before digital, before social, before AI. I know what it means to build brands with intention, not just algorithms.

I created The Founder’s Huddle because I saw too many founders spinning their wheels after launch and losing momentum.
Smart people. Strong ideas. But no real rhythm.
Their voice would shift. Their brand would get fuzzy. Their message would drift. Not because they weren’t good, but because branding is a long game. And no one had built the system for that. So I did.

Boldthink is where we serve mid-market and enterprise clients.
The Founder’s Huddle is where we serve founders and small teams who need that same level of strategic clarity, without the agency-sized price tag.
Different offers. Same principles. All rooted in one belief:
I’m a woman-owned founder who’s worked inside billion-dollar brands and alongside mom-and-pop shops.
And the truth is, every business, no matter its size, needs to stand for something. Clearly. Consistently. Courageously.
That’s what The Founder’s Huddle is here to help you do. And that’s why I’m here, too.
